Rx. Asparagi Tian Men Dong 30g Nourishes Kidney Yin, clears Lung Heat, sedates Fire, moistens the Lungs, generates fluids, resolves Phlegm and inhibits the growth of cancer cells.
With Mai Men Dong, for a dry cough, thirst and other symptoms due to Yin Deficiency and injured fluids.
Rx. Ophiopogonis Mai Men Dong 20g Moistens the Lungs, nourishes Yin and stops coughing.
With Xuan Shen, Jie Geng and Gan Cao, for an itchy, dry throat, thirst and a nonproductive cough due to Lung Yin Deficiency.
With Nan Sha Shen, for a dry cough with little Phlegm and a parched throat due to Lung Dryness or Heat injuring the Lung Yin.
Rx. Scrophulariae Xuan Shen 20g Clears Heat, cools the Blood, nourishes Yin, softens hardness, dissipates nodules, drains Fire and relieves toxicity.
Rx. Adenophorae Nan Sha Shen 30g Nourishes Lung Yin and clears Lung Heat.
Flos Lonicerae Jin Yin Hua 10g Clears Heat and resolves Fire toxicity and inhibits the growth of cancer cells.
With Gan Cao, for toxic swellings and sores.
With Gan Cao and Xuan Shen, for sloughing ulcers from Heat toxicity.
Fr. Gardeniae Zhi Zi 12g Clears Heat, reduces Fire, eliminates irritability, cools the Blood, relieves toxicity, reduces swelling, invigorates the Blood and inhibits the growth of cancer cells.
Rx. Trichosanthis Tian Hua Fen 12g Drains Heat, generates Fluids, clears and drains Lung Heat, transforms Phlegm, moistens Lung Dryness, relieves toxicity, expels pus, reduces swelling and inhibits the growth of cancer cells.
